How a day with us starts
First
Wheels down
Your chauffeur is planeside at the jet center or curbside at your terminal. We track your flight, and the first hour of waiting is on us.
Then
Step in
Cold water, premium snacks and a cabin detailed that morning. Your bags go in the back, and your concierge already has the plan.
After that
Out to the valley
Resort check-in, a first tasting, a table that's hard to get. While you're inside, the car gets cleaned and restocked for the next stop.

The Napa you won't find on Google
Some of the valley's best estates aren't open to the public. They're invitation only, and our concierge can get you in. Small-production, single-vineyard wines poured by the owner or the winemaker, with nobody else on the property but your party.

Arrivals
Your chauffeur meets you curbside or planeside. Flights are tracked, your driver stays updated, and they'll wait up to an hour at no extra charge.
Departures
Pick 90 minutes, 2 hours or 3 hours early and we'll set the pickup around traffic. Your chauffeur shows up 20 minutes ahead to help with bags.

Good to know
Cancellation policy
- Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
- Cancel up to 7 days before your tour with no penalty by calling our reservation office, 7am to 8pm daily.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
Wine tour requirements
- All wine tour guests must be 21 or older.
- Winery tasting fees aren't included and are set by each winery, usually about $45 to $200 in Napa and $25 to $200 in Sonoma.
Vehicle care
- A clean-up fee of up to $1,000 may be charged to the card on file if extensive cleaning is needed.
- Damage to a vehicle is charged to the card on file of the person or people responsible.
Tips for your tasting day
- Bring layers. The valley swings in temperature and wine caves run cool. Darker clothes forgive spills.
- Tell your concierge your wine preferences and any food allergies.
- Eat breakfast, drink water and pace yourself.
- Tips for winery hosts are appreciated, and cash is preferred.
- Buying wine? Shipping can be arranged.
- Napa closes early, and Uber and Lyft can be scarce. We can pick up anything you need for later during the day.
