THE DETAILS
- Individuals, couples, groups, and corporate groups will be chauffeured in private luxury vehicles to wineries in Napa Valley and/or Sonoma County.
- Enjoy door-to-door service. Your chauffeur will pick you and your group up from any location in the Bay Area. Your residence, resorts, hotels, Airbnbs, airports, and jet centers.
- Provide your own itinerary, or you can have our concierge create one for you based on your preferences.
- Wineries are typically open from 10:00am-5:00pm, so expect a day of tasting to be 6-8 hours long, and up to 12 hours with dinner transportation included.

THE FLEET
- Choose a luxury sedan, SUV, Sprinter, or large bus to be chauffeured in on your tour.
- Door-to-door service from anywhere in the Bay Area.
- Each vehicle is meticulously cleaned inside and out and consistently serviced and inspected. During each tasting, expect your vehicle to be “turned over”. You’ll come back to a clean and stocked vehicle every time.
- Add airport transportation to your wine tour booking to make your traveling experience as easy as possible.
- Ask your chauffeur anything. All of our chauffeurs are knowledgable of the area. You can also request they change your schedule, run errands for you, and even take your picture.
THE COST
- Our rates for Wine Tours are based on the vehicle you’ll need for the day. Each vehicle has an hourly rate and a 6 hour minimum.
- Your reservation includes our concierge services, your transportation, the gratuity for your chauffeur, beverages.
- If your pick-up is outside of Napa County or the town of Sonoma there is an additional $200 fee.
- Tasting fees are separate and at the wineries’ discretion. In Napa Valley, they range from $45-$200 and Sonoma County ranges from $25-$200.
- All other services and reservations for your itinerary will be additional charges, and discussed with you prior to booking.
HELPFUL TIPS
- Dress appropriately. Please be aware that Napa Valley & the Bay Area has a lot of different climates. Make sure you have different clothing options for different temperatures. Wine caves have a lower temperature for storing wine, so you may need a sweater for these tours. Wear or bring appropriate shoes if you are scheduled to do any tours where you will be walking the winery grounds. Dark clothes are recommended in case of spills.
- Make sure you tell your concierge your wine preferences and if you have any food allergies.
- Make sure you drink enough water, eat breakfast, and pace yourself.
- Tips for your hosts are recommended and cash preferred.
- If you decide to purchase wine, you will be able to arrange shipment if need be.
If you aren’t sure where to stay, ask our concierge for recommendations. - Please be aware that businesses in Napa Valley tend to close early. If you plan on enjoying a drink, snack, or cannabis later in the evening, you can arrange for Exclusive to do your shopping for you earlier in the day.
- Uber and Lyft are not always available.

The Experience
This Wine Tour takes you off the beaten path to the “hidden gems” of Napa Valley where you’ll find limited production, single vineyard “cult” wines. These locations are not open to the public and require a recommendation from our concierge, as they are considered invitation-only. You will taste at private estates with no one but you, your party, and your host on the property. These intimate tastings will be hosted by the estate owner, the wine maker, or the only host of the property. You’ll get to taste some of the best wines in the world and have the opportunity to purchase highly allocated wines.

The Cost
The cost of this tour is based on your transportation needs. Each vehicle has an hourly rate and a 6-hour minimum.
Your reservation includes our concierge services, your transportation, the gratuity for your chauffeur, champagne, beverages, and snacks.
Tasting fees are not included in our price and are typically not charged at private wineries. Because you will be tasting limited quantity wine, there is an expectation that you will purchase wine. A minimum of one case per couple is recommended.
